North America (USA)
This programme provided me an opportunity to broaden my horizons. It gave me a great chance to learn about their culture and working style. Also, there was a training which taught us how to plan activities before going overseas. This really gave help to my internship.

Europe (Ukraine)
A lot of excursions to the city and the countryside were arranged for us and we all enjoyed the happy times together. Through these experiences, I learnt a lot more about Ukraine and changed my impression to this country.

The programme has broadened my horizons. During my internship, I was given opportunities to try different jobs. In my free time, my host family always brought me to visit different social service department in Siegerland. It was also a good chance for me to explore the culture in Germany.

I have met so many new friends including the local Japanese. It has also widened my perspective towards the world through participating in the Global Youth Conference which was held by the Osaka YMCA.

I have learnt a lot and tried many things which I would rarely have chance to join, such as water sports and survival swimming. Also, the Korean workplace culture which I experienced can greatly assist with my academic study and career preparation in the future.

Oceania (New Zeland)
It was an excellent experience to live and work in New Zealand. I am happy to experience a totally different living style from Hong Kong in Gisborne. I really enjoyed a laid-back lifestyle and the nature. People in New Zealand are welcoming and nice. The YMCA members are helpful and supportive.
